For those of you who know me, one of my many favorite things in San Diego was oranges from the Farmer's Market. Each week I brought home a 50 pound box of oranges (for only $5) and our family had fresh orange juice everyday. That orange juice was so yummy, I think I could have lived off it. When we left California, I brought a box of oranges with me...my last box. It was hard to bring myself to juice them, knowing it would be the end. Yesterday marked one month since we left California, so I decided to celebrate by juicing the last of my beloved oranges. My two glasses of juice didn't last long enough. For a few short moments, I had a taste of California, right here in Texas.
